Association between dietary zinc intake and asthma in overweight or obese children and adolescents: A cross-sectional analysis of NHANES
We read with interest the 2024 article by Cheng et al investigating zinc's protective role in asthma among overweight/obese children.1 While the study provides valuable insights, we wish to address 2 critical methodological limitations and present refined analyses that contextualize their findings.
