STRATEGY FOR MANAGING ENTERPRISE FINANCES DURING THE PERIOD OF SANCTIONS PRESSURE

The study identified the main areas of the enterprise financial management strategy during the period of sanctions pressure. Examples are given of how Russian entrepreneurs managed their finances in order to withstand the sanctions pressure on their businesses. The study is supported by statistical data. It is indicated that the sanctions pressure affected the financial behavior model itself, and this ultimately led to significant changes in the financial management of entrepreneurs at their enterprises. In conclusion, a strategy for managing the enterprise’s finances during the period of sanctions pressure is identified, which includes short-term and long-term goals. The stated goals will minimize the negative consequences of the sanctions imposed, as well as maintain financial stability.
