ON THE INFLUENCE OF THE FOURTH FACTOR, THE CHOICE OF A COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN THE CONTEXT OF A NEGATIVE SCALE EFFECT
The article examines the influence of the fourth factor of production (entrepreneurial ability, management) on the choice of competitive strategy in conditions of negative scale effect. In these conditions, the fourth factor of production is of decisive importance in choosing a competitive strategy. Such a choice is significantly limited, which raises the question of finding alternative mechanisms to increase the economic efficiency of production. The firm model proposed by the author expands the functionality of the cluster model.
