STATISTICAL INDICATORS CHARACTERIZING THE STATE OF THE ENVIRONMENT
In the modern context of the intensive development of the construction industry, the control of environmental state indicators has become increasingly significant. Construction activities have a substantial impact on all components of the ecosystem, including atmospheric air, soil, surface and groundwater, as well as flora and fauna. Environmental parameter monitoring during construction enables the timely identification of adverse effects, the implementation of corrective measures, and the compliance with environmental protection legislation. This article examines the primary indicators characterizing the state of the environment in the context of construction activities. An analysis of key ecological monitoring parameters is presented, including the assessment of air quality, soil conditions, noise and vibration levels, the status of water bodies, and biodiversity in the construction area. Modern methods of environmental indicator control and their regulatory values are described. Particular attention is given to a systematic approach to organizing environmental monitoring at various stages of construction and evaluating its effectiveness in minimizing negative environmental impacts.
