TOOLS FOR MANAGING THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The article presents a comprehensive management toolkit developed by the author for the digital transformation of industrial enterprises in the construction industry. When creating the management tools, the need to ensure sustainable development of these enterprises in economic, social, and environmental aspects was taken into account. This is reflected in all the developed digital transformation management tools. The developed conceptual model for digital transformation management represents the general approach to managing industrial enterprises in construction and forms the basis for the research. The methodology for assessing digital maturity aims to obtain objective data on the level of digital maturity of these enterprises and serves as a starting point for decision-making on digital transformation. When developing management tools, we identified the need for digital transformation not only at the micro-level (enterprise level) for which we developed a functional model of business process reengineering, but also at the meso-level (with inter-sectoral interaction). For industrial enterprises in the construction industry, we considered interaction with participants in investment and construction projects as a meso-level since they will largely influence the demand for their products in the context of digital transformation. Based on the analysis of this interaction, we formulated methodological recommendations for integrating with information models of these participants.
