Thermo-diffusive bioconvective flow of couple stress nanofluid over a porous stretching surface: Effects of Soret, Dufour, and nonlinear thermal radiation
The interaction of Dufour and Soret effects presents a significant role in the thermal analysis and optimized of nanomaterials in different industrial and engineering processes. The thermo-diffusion phenomenon in nanofluid offer applications in the microfluidic devices, energy processes and drug delivery systems. Subject to such admirable applications, the objective of current investigation is to analyzes the significance of Soret and Dufour influence in couple stress nanofluid by entertaining the bioconvection phenomenon. The interruption of microorganisms is accounted to ensure the thermal stability of nanofluids. The flow is persuaded by porous stretching surface. The nonlinear radiative phenomenon, heat source and chemical reaction outcomes are included. For porous surface, the mass suction velocity is considered. The convective-Nield boundary conditions are used to entertains the flow. The numerical simulations for modeled problem are performed by utilizing shooting scheme. The role of various parameters has been inspected graphically. It is predicted that both temperature and concentration profiles reduces by increasing the couple stress fluid parameter. A reduction in velocity is examined by increasing the suction parameter and porosity constant. It has been further claimed that presence of thermo-diffusion effects enhances the depletion of mass and heat impact. Current results present applications in the solar collectors, heat exchangers, catalytic chemical reactors, enhancing oil recovery and solute transport systems.
