Characteristics of motor activity of young football players in accordance with high-speed zones of movement

The results of the study indicate that during training and competitive activities in football, players are forced to withstand significant loads that can lead to exhaustion of the body. Therefore, football specialists are faced with the problem of rational distribution of the load, both in each specific training session and during competitive activity. The obtained results of the research should be taken into account when planning physical training of football players of different qualifications. The results of the research of motor activity of young football players will allow to define more precisely the main parameters of training loads. It was established that the structure of motor activity of young football players in the game is caused by the difference in the size and variability of the load in accordance with the specifics of the game role. In central defenders it is relatively homogeneous, in extreme defenders, midfielders and strikers it is characterised by significant variability.
