Border relations of the banking and financial systems in Russia

Subject. This article analyzes the cross-border relations of the banking and financial systems in Russia. Objectives. The article aims to determine the parameters of cross-border relations of the banking and financial systems in Russia. Methods. For the study, I used analysis and synthesis, special economic and mathematical methods, in particular, and correlation and regression analysis. Results. The article shows a decrease in the impact of changes in the monetary aggregate M0 on the monetary aggregates M2 and M2X while maintaining the dynamics of mutual relations M2 and M2X. The article also shows the growth of internal requirements (net requirements to government bodies, requirements to non-financial organizations and households) in the context of mutually supported growth of deposits and other items. Conclusions. The identified parameters of border relations of the banking and financial systems in Russia and a decrease in mutual relations of the Central Bank and credit institutions' requirements in the context of growth of internal requirements with mutually supported growth of deposits and other items indicate the limits of development of rational relations of the banking and financial systems.
