A Draft of Lesson Design for Modern Chinese Grammer Based on ChatGPT : Focusing on the Grammatical item ”了”

This study designed a Chinese grammar teaching model utilizing ChatGPT and developed AI-powered tailored learning scenarios based on learners’ proficiency levels. Focusing on the frequently misunderstood grammar element “了”, the research provides detailed strategies for elementary, intermediate, and advanced learners. ChatGPT serves as an effective tool to enhance educational outcomes through real-time feedback and abundant example generation, complementing instructors’ supplementary explanations. Scenario-based analysis evaluated the strengths and limitations of ChatGPT, showcasing its potential as an AI-driven educational aid. The findings contribute to the empirical validation of AI tools in education and propose effective methodologies for integrating them into grammar instruction.
