Construction of a Diversified Teaching Evaluation Index System for Integrated Care Service Talents Under the Background of Informatization

Currently, the integrated care services have become a focus of social attention. However, the teaching evaluation indicators for this service are monolithic, the evaluation methods are outdated, and there is a notable lack of comprehensiveness, objectivity, and innovation. To improve the quality of talent cultivation, the construction of a diversified teaching evaluation index system under the background of informatization is of great significance. This paper mainly applies questionnaire survey, interview, and empirical research to construct the teaching evaluation index system, conducts research on the relevance, consistency, and commonality of these indexes, and scores the evaluation indexes through hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive judgment. The survey data showed that the consistency of the service level was 0.006 and the weight value was 0.31. The consistency of the product is the lowest with the smallest weight value. It can be seen that the service of medical care talents has a greater impact, and the impact of products is small.
