Clinical efficacy of Zhenai needling method in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Zhenai needling method in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Method: 70 patients with acute exacerbation of mild to moderate bronchial asthma who visited the hospital from March 2024 to July 2024 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the treatment group received Zhenai acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group's treatment. After one week of intervention, compare the clinical treatment effects, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, and lung function indicators between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). In terms of improving the total score of clinical symptoms in patients, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), and there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving pulmonary function PEF ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenai needling method can alleviate clinical symptoms, improve clinical efficacy, and improve lung function in patients with bronchial asthma during the attack period, and has certain clinical efficacy.
