Identity-based Cloud Storage Integrity Auditing Scheme that Supports Sensitive Information Hiding and Different Audit Frequencies
Data in cloud storage often contains sensitive user information, and its integrity can be verified through integrity auditing. However, many existing auditing schemes that support sensitive information hiding often overlook the fact that files have different values, applying the same auditing frequency to both low-value and high-value files. Since users typically delegate auditing tasks to a third-party auditor (TPA), performing high-frequency audits on low-value files significantly increases the user’s economic costs. This paper proposes an identity-based integrity auditing scheme that supports sensitive information hiding and different auditing frequencies (IDIA-SF). Firstly, users classify files based on their value and shuffle the file indices, allowing the TPA to perform different auditing frequencies for files of different values. Secondly, sensitive information within the data cannot be accessed by users other than the data owner (DO) and the administrator. Thirdly, only users authorized by the administrator can access the data in the cloud. Finally, the security and performance of IDIA-SF are analyzed, and the results show that it has satisfactory security and performance.
