Innovative research on the community of education and practice model of labor education in colleges and universities

To build a student-centered community of education and practice that integrates labor education and practice and unites the strengths of schools, enterprises, government, communities and families. The Community of Education and Practice is a community of schools, enterprises, government, communities and families. Under the model of community of education and practice, the ideological nature of labor education is kept in mind, the social nature of labor education is grasped, the practical nature of labor education is strengthened, and the coherence of labor education is highlighted. It enriches the path of labor practice that integrates education and practice, builds a scientific and efficient evaluation system for labor education, and realizes the learning, thinking, practicing and action of labor ideological education and practical education. Reasonably allocate labor education resources inside and outside the school, form an open and shared community of labor education resources, create a new pattern of labor education in which knowledge and practice go hand in hand, and resources are linked, enhance the effectiveness of labor education, and form a more solid, in-depth, and high-level model of labor education.
