Exploration and Research on the Talent Training Model of Big Data Technology in the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Under the lens of new productive forces, the societal talent structure has undergone a reconfiguration. This paper seeks to investigate a groundbreaking model for cultivating big data technology professionals that encompasses "job-oriented courses, competitions, and certifications". Using research methods such as literature reviews, surveys, in-depth interviews, and empirical evidence collection, this paper systematically examines the implementation and impact of the 'job course competition certification' model in the field of big data technology. The research results indicate that the model of integrating job positions into the talent training system, linking the training process with competitions, and assessing the effectiveness through certificate acceptance has enhanced the educational outcomes of this major, strengthened the integration of industry and education, and raised the quality of education.
