Exploring the application of family centered comprehensive nursing in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia

Objective: Observe the application effect of family centered comprehensive nursing in pediatric bronchopneumonia. Method: Sixty pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the study group received comprehensive care centered around the family. After 7 days of intervention, compare the treatment effect, nursing satisfaction, and clinical symptom improvement between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); The study group showed significantly shorter fever relief time, cough disappearance time, lung rales disappearance, and hospital stay, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive home centered care for pediatric bronchopneumonia patients can further accelerate symptom resolution and help improve clinical efficacy.
