Research on Strategies for Cultivating and Enhancing Science and Technology Innovation Ability of Students Based on Higher Education Resource Sharing Platform

In order to enhance the scientific and technological innovation ability of university students and fully utilize the unbalanced high-quality resource sharing platform of various universities, this article proposes a strategy for cultivating and enhancing the scientific and technological innovation ability of university students based on the higher education resource sharing platform. This strategy can connect various high-quality resources scattered in different universities, including computing resources, storage resources, software resources, data resources, etc., into a logical whole, providing a convenient and transparent platform for cultivating scientific and technological innovation capabilities of students scattered in different regions. Based on the constituent elements, internal structure, and interaction between elements of cultivating and enhancing the innovation ability of local engineering university students, six specific strategies for cultivating and enhancing the scientific and technological innovation ability of university students based on the higher education resource sharing platform are proposed.
