Observation on clinical effect of Liangxue Zhituo prescription on androgen alopecia

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the Liangxue Zhituo prescription in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Method: Seventy patients with androgenic alopecia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with 5% minoxidil tincture, while the study group was treated with Liangxue Zhituo prescription in addition to the control group. Analyze the symptom scores of two groups of patients and compare their therapeutic effects. Result: The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Moreover, the TCM syndrome score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of the Liangxue Zhituo prescription to treat androgenic alopecia can significantly improve clinical efficacy. The treatment of androgenic alopecia has certain advantages, and there are no significant serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
