Research and analysis on structural safety hazards of self-built houses-Taking self-built houses in two towns in Luojiang District, Quanzhou City as an example

In order to carry out the special management work of housing structure safety, this article investigates the hidden dangers of the of self-built houses in Heshi Town and Majia Town, Luojiang District of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and analyzes the current situation of self-built houses in rural areas and the reasons for its various safety hazards.The purpose, structure type, main safety problems and their causes of 1111 self-built houses in the region are summarized. The investigation adopted four classification standards and three investigation methods, and obtained the investigation results of two towns. At the end of the article, some suggestions were put forward for the hidden trouble investigation and safety management of rural self-built houses.
