Research on application of thin-walled metal pressure device in large deformation tunnel

In order to optimize the supporting effect of large deformation of high geostress soft rock tunnel, this paper relies on a tunnel project, and uses the numerical simulation software ABAQUS to calculate and analyze the deformation and related internal forces of surrounding rock, primary support and steel frame of the tunnel under the support of two kinds of supporting systems. The results show that the deformation of surrounding rock in two directions by using the yielding support system is increased compared with that of the traditional rigid system, and the stress of surrounding rock is more reasonable. The deformation of each position of the primary support structure is increased, and the deformation is within 15.78%, which is conducive to the internal force distribution of the primary support structure. The internal force on both sides of the steel frame is more uniform, and the uniformity is increased by 77.86%. The deformation is mainly concentrated in the pressure transfer device and its surrounding, which plays a protective role on the whole. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the design of large deformation tunnel engineering.
