Heat-dissipation regulation for improving the thermal stability and efficiency of planar perovskite solar cells
We incorporated 2D g-C 3 N 4 nanosheets into the perovskite layers to enhance heat-dissipation effect by providing thermal-transfer pathways. The target device achieved an increased power conversion efficiency of 24.19% and pronounced thermal stability.
