Research on Multi-Dimensional Evaluation of Project Collaboration Management under EPC Mode

Based on literature research and expert interviews, collaboration management indicators under EPC mode were identified. The weights of each indicator were calculated through questionnaires and CRITIC weighting method. According to the comparison between general construction contract and EPC mode and sequence of index weights, the corresponding promotion strategies were proposed.
