LABOR AUTOMATION AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYMENT ECONOMIC ANALYSIS
Advances in technology, automation and robotization are fundamentally transforming market labor, changing the structure of needs and skill requirements of professionals. The introduction of artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic systems reduces the need for routine labor, but continuously creates new jobs in high-tech sectors. An economic analysis of the consequences of evolution is shown as a transformational effect associated with job displacement as well as a complementary effect that promotes productivity growth and the creation of new occupations. The article reviews the empirical factors of the impact of automation on security, analyzes the social and international evidence of this process, and discusses public policy measures aimed at labor market adaptation. Special attention is paid to the long-term trends of automation and possible future inactivity in the context of technological progress.
