MANAGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF AN ENTERPRISE IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION

Currently, measures are being implemented in the Russian Federation to develop the innovative component in the country's economic development system in the digital economy. The subject of the research is an approach to managing the intellectual property of an enterprise in the context of digitalization. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations on the management of intellectual property and the improvement of legislative norms. The result of the research is the author's conclusions about an integrated approach to intellectual property management for businesses, as well as the systematization of information about available software, necessary competencies of employees and issues not regulated by law.
