A METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE HUMAN CAPITAL OF HIGH-TECH ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES
The article presents the author's methodological approach to assessing the human capital of a high-tech machine-building enterprise. The presented method is based on system analysis, expert assessments and paired comparisons. This methodological approach differs from the existing ones by taking into account various factors of influence on human capital (socio-economic, technical, technological, scientific and intellectual). The methodological approach has been tested on the example of a machine-building enterprise. As a result of the research, it is possible to determine the most significant indicators for assessing human capital and make timely management decisions for hightech engineering enterprises. This methodological approach will be useful for senior management of high-tech enterprises, scientists in this scientific field, undergraduates and postgraduates. When assessing the human capital of enterprises, other methods were used in the research (the method of estimating the cost of human capital, the method of taking risks into account when assessing human capital, as well as statistical methods). The requirements for the formation of a human capital management model for high-tech machine-building enterprises involve the use of various methods of assessing human capital and the use of a systematic analysis of the external and internal environment, flexible response to changes by adjusting managerial influences on the development of human capital, to increase innovation activity, to demand for products in the markets, to accelerate the digital transformation of production processes and the use of artificial intelligence.
