DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES

The article is devoted to the analysis of key problems and development prospects in the implementation of projects of machine-building enterprises. In the context of globalization, digitalization, and stricter environmental regulations, engineering companies face a number of challenges, including high capital intensity of projects, a shortage of qualified personnel, outdated production facilities, and complex supply chain management. The article examines the main factors affecting the effectiveness of project implementation, such as technological progress, economic fluctuations and the regulatory framework.
