SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING IN THE CONTEXT OF STATE REGULATION OF AGRICULTURE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the algorithm and tools for the distribution of financial support within the framework of the federal project «Stimulating the development of viticulture and winemaking». Subsidies to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are the main instrument for the implementation of the federal project. The support distribution system consists of two levels, including 6 main stages. Based on the results of the analysis of each of the stages, the directions for improving approaches to support the development of viticulture and winemaking have been identified.
