AN ANALYSIS OF THE UTILIZATION OF THE INNOVEX FIBROURETEROPYELOSCOPE IN COMBINATIONS WITH THE FIBERLASE U2 LASER FOR THE OPERATIONAL TREATMENT OF UROLITHIASIS

The article presents an analysis of data on the surgical treatment of patients with urolithiasis using the innovex fibroureteropyeloscope in combination with the FiberLase U2 device. According to the results of the study, it is possible to talk about the high efficiency and low level of postoperative complications during RRI in patients with urolithiasis. Surgical treatment of this category is effective in crushing urinary tract concretions of various sizes, localization, composition, and density, which shows it to be a universal method of treating urolithiasis. Due to the flexibility and small diameter of the instrument, the use of a fibroureteropyeloscope opens opportunities to achieve a concretion localized in almost any part of the renal collecting system, followed by fragmentation of the concretion to small particles and dust suspension using a thulium laser fiber. The relatively short period of hospitalization after this surgical treatment and a fairly rapid rehabilitation period bring the use of this method of treating urolithiasis to a high level and the degree of the effectiveness of treatment of patients in urological departments.
