The article examines some structural challenges facing the economy of the Russian Federation. The cooling of the economy, labor shortages, and possible energy shortages in the coming years are acute problems that require solutions. A new growth model focused on domestic growth, investment, technological development, and innovation will allow the country to adapt new challenges and ensure sustainable growth in the future.
