Sports economics is a new discipline and is still under development in Russia. Therefore, there is no complete system for the development of disciplinary talents, which leads to numerous problems in the training of talents in this field. And with the development of information technology, mass sports have also developed. In addition, the strategy of developing sports through science and technology has increased the requirements for talents. Therefore, effective talent training is a very important issue. This article analyzes the current situation in the field of sports economic talent training, training goals and effective improvement measures.
