Transformation of business processes and strategic development of domestic medical organizations in the conditions of digitization of ecosystems

This scientific study examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of business process transformation and the strategic development of domestic medical organizations in the context of digital medical technology implementation. The article explores the impact of digital solutions on the evolution of management processes, healthcare service delivery efficiency, and medical institutions' competitiveness amid rapid environmental changes. The study identifies key directions of digital transformation in medical organizations, including the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR), telemedicine and remote monitoring, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, robotic surgery, automated management systems, 3D printing in medicine, virtual reality applications in healthcare, and VR simulators for surgeons. Special attention is given to the role of computerized management systems, which enhance operational efficiency, improve patient and staff interactions, and reduce administrative costs. The research investigates the adaptation processes of medical institutions to technological advancements, assessing their impact on strategic development goals, service quality enhancement, and sustainable growth. In the context of change management and high uncertainty, the study underscores the importance of continuous training for medical professionals, the development of their digital competencies, and integrating new knowledge and skills into healthcare practice. Particular attention is paid to challenges and barriers to digital transformation in Ukrainian medical organizations. These include insufficient digital literacy among personnel, the absence of standardized regulations, and a lack of funding for large-scale innovation deployment. The study substantiates that digitalizing business processes in healthcare enterprises is a complex, multi-stage process requiring systematic implementation. Based on the research findings, recommendations are proposed for integrating strategic management tools into healthcare organizations, stimulating investment in digital technology development, transforming corporate culture, and optimizing management processes.
