BUDGET PROCESS OPTIMIZATION TOOLS IN STATE INSTITUTIONS IN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY

The article studies the tools for optimizing the budget process in state institutions in conditions of economic uncertainty. The paper analyzes approaches to defining the budget process based on the positions of financial law and institutional support. The interpretation of the concept of the budget process by domestic scientists is revealed. It is established that the optimization of the budget process in state institutions is an integral part of modern financial management, which allows state authorities to promptly respond to changes in the economic environment, maintain stability and effectively use available resources
