FEATURES OF HAEMATOLOGICAL PARAMETER CHANGES IN C57BL/6 MICE DURING PRIMARY TUMOR GROWTH AND METASTATIC PROGRESSION OF LEWIS LUNG CARCINOMA

Pharmacology of the SI Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology of NAMS of Ukraine Study of the effect of anticoagulants on metastasis and the effectiveness of antitumor therapy (state registration number 0123U101245).Introduction.On August 2, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the National Strategy for the Control of Malignant Tumors until 2030.The strategy was developed to implement the state policy on cancer control, reduce morbidity and mortality caused by cancer, and ensure high-quality, affordable treatment and rehabilitation of cancer patients [1].Implementation of the National Cancer Control Strategy is key to an effective and systematic fight against cancer, which is one of the leading causes of death not only in Ukraine but also in the world. One of the critical areas of this strategy is to ensure the primary prevention of cancer and promote its early detection. It should be noted that the effectiveness of treatment of cancer patients and patients in remission, even at least 5 to 10 years after diagnosis and who continue to risk local and regional and metastatic recurrence, depends primarily on their early and timely diagnosis [2].Currently, hypercoagulability is considered not just a secondary phenomenon in the setting of cancer but
