Design of Integrated Control and Drive Chip for Double-Step-Down Converter
In this paper, a monolithic integrated DSD converter driver-control chip is designed, which is suitable for the rapid deployment of a DSD converter in the automotive PoL power supply scenario with a 12V/24V bus power supply. The chip integrates the key circuit modules needed for the control of the DSD hybrid converter, which can realize accurate voltage regulation with a high buck ratio and efficient switching and can run stably under different load conditions. The simulation results show that the chip can work at the switching frequency as high as 1 MHz, and the peak conversion efficiency can reach 94.6%.
