THE VOLITIONAL ASPECT OF JOINT WILLS BETWEEN SPOUSES

Joint testament of spouses allows to simultaneously realise the will of testators aimed at determining the order of inheritance and distribution of personal and joint property in case of death. The author proposes a system of classification and systematisation of joint testamentary dispositions of spouses, which allows to maximise the potential and bypass the gaps in the normative regulation of the legal institution under consideration.
