Role of Ayurveda in premenopausal sympotoms

Women now spend a third of their lives following menopause due to longer life expectancies. Therefore, perimenopausal symptoms require greater care. The best treatment is hormone replacement therapy, but it has drawbacks of its own. Investigating novel approaches to the treatment of perimenopausal symptoms is currently necessary. The goal of a yogic lifestyle is to cultivate pranayama and dhyana in the body, mind, and day. Yoga has been used as a therapeutic tool to regulate and treat sickness as well as to promote positive health. It's unclear exactly how yoga helps with different medical situations. In every diseased circumstance, neurohormonal pathways may have a selective influence. Several research have examined the impact of yoga on perimenopausal symptoms by combining its various facets into a general yoga session. An integrated yoga therapy method can help with night sweats and hot flashes. Research indicates that yoga, an ancient therapy, is a somewhat effective way to manage perimenopausal symptoms. There is growing evidence that even brief yoga practice can reduce psychological and physiological risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
