Process and resource management of a distributed instrument-making enterprise based on a digital adaptive management platform

The article is devoted to process management and planning of technological preparation of production (TPP) at distributed instrument-making enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the automation of decision-making processes when creating a product manufacturing route taking into account the capacity balancing and multicriteria assessment of the efficiency of the planned production process. The key properties of product information models at the TPP stages, the capabilities of traditional platform solutions and new areas of information technology for managing TPP processes in instrumentation are assessed. Conceptual requirements for an intelligent enterprise management system (IEMS) to implement a common technology for managing processes and resources are formed. The interaction architecture of various classes software (SW) using multi-agent technologies is presented. Keywords process control, distributed manufacturing, instrumentation, MES systems, intelligent multi-agent systems
