Theoretical Aspects of the Political Risk Management Model

The study examines the theoretical aspects of the political risk management model in modern society, analyzes the conditions for the emergence of negative consequences. Within the framework of the analysis of political risks, changes in the structure of government are determined, the introduction of science through in-depth study and theoretical detailing of specific political risks, their identification and monitoring, as well as the design of measures for systemic counteraction, education through increasing the competencies of government officials in identifying and managing political risks, political institutions through organizing cooperation on issues of comprehensive counteraction to specific political risks, building a dialogue with the population, and implementing cultural policy. This must be done in order to increase the systemic sustainability of the Russian political system, which allows for the implementation of the organizational and legal transformation of the complex system of relations between government officials and society. This makes it possible to consider the theoretical issue of political risk factors as opposed to generalizing universal judgments. The author concludes that the theoretical aspects of the political risk management model must be implemented in practice, which is a vital priority in ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation.
