The Socio-Economic Sphere of the Russian World: Interdisciplinary Approach

The article is a continuation of the fundamental research of the Russian world. This publication presents the development of the fluctuating “core” of the socio-economic sphere of the organizational and managerial sys-tem of the Russian world. Such an alternative socio-economic model to transnational capitalism can become a major structural and functional element of a polycentric cultural and civilizational world order, which is the pur-pose of this study. The article uses theories of organization, management, economics; theological, systemic and interdisciplinary approaches. In the course of the analysis of the main economic paradigms and arche-types, the main parts of the fluctuating “core” of the socio-economic sphere have been identified through a cul-tural and historical approach: property, the institution of appropriation and distribution of property, time as a factor of communication between generations. As a result, a bi-regulatory system has been proposed for the seizure of part of the property by inheritance from large capital, the management of which will be organized by the Institute of the Russian World. This model is designed using the least squares method, which helps to de-termine event horizons in conditions of uncertainty and regressive analysis. Such a system will lower the decile coefficient and increase stratification mobility, create conditions for equitable inequality and reduce social ten-sion.
