Analysis of Key Influencing Factors and Countermeasures for Integrated Cost Control of Prefabricated Buildings
This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the key influencing factors of integrated cost control for prefabricated buildings using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and proposed corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, through literature review and expert interviews, the main factors affecting the cost of prefabricated building integration were identified, and a cost control theoretical model was constructed, including stages such as design, production, construction, and maintenance. The SEM method was used to fit and test the model, clarifying the direct and indirect relationships between various influencing factors. The research results indicate that the design stage, production stage, construction stage, operation and maintenance stage, as well as policy and market factors, all have an impact on the cost of integrated prefabricated buildings. The importance order of its impact level is as follows: design stage > other factors > production stage > operation and maintenance stage > construction stage. The research results provide a reference for reducing costs in the integration of prefabricated buildings.
