Normative and Regulatory Framework of the Activity of National-Cultural Autonomies in the Implementation of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation

The article delves into the analysis of normative-legal framework of the activity of national-cultural autonomies in the aspect of the implementation of foreign policy of the Russian Federation. The author emphasizes that examining the activities of national-cultural autonomies through the lens of foreign policy implementation holds strategically significant importance, as mutually beneficial international cultural and humanitarian cooperation can make a substantial contribution to achieving fundamental goals and enhancing the effectiveness of foreign policy. As a result of the research, it is concluded that studying the impact of ethnic processes in terms of exter-nal influence is of great importance for the modern geopolitical situation, as it reflects the internal state of an ethnic group onto the external arena. In this regard, the activities of national-cultural autonomies can be viewed as a powerful tool of foreign policy.
