Evaluation of Urban Infrastructure Resilience Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Model: Taking Shenyang as an Example
Faced with the changing external environment of the city, the disturbance of urban infrastructure is increasing. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the city, it is imperative to improve the resilience of urban infrastructure. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the resilience mechanism of urban infrastructure, this study establishes an evaluation system of urban infrastructure resilience from six dimensions, economy, society, ecological environment, engineering technology, governance, and classified infrastructure, and evaluates the resilience of urban infrastructure in Shenyang from 2016 to 2020 based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS model. The results show that the resilience of urban infrastructure in Shenyang is in a relatively stable development stage; there are obvious fluctuations in the level of economic resilience and governance resilience; and the resilience of energy and transportation infrastructure needs to be improved. Finally, combined with the above conclusions, relevant suggestions are put forward to improve the resilience of urban infrastructure in Shenyang.
