Research on the Impact of Debt Level on Corporate Performance of Real Estate Enterprises: Based on Listed Company Data
Real estate enterprises have the characteristics of large demand for capital, strong industrial correlation, and generally high debt ratio. Paying close attention to the impact of the debt level on the operating performance of real estate enterprises is conducive to the optimization of the financial structure and reducing their financial risks. The paper will select 10 listed real estate enterprises from the period 2012 to 2021 to analyze the influence of the debt ratio on corporate performance through empirical analysis, indicating the conclusions as follows: during the period of rising performance, the asset-liability ratio excluding deposits received is positively correlated with corporate performance; the net debt ratio and cash flow ratio have a negative effect on the performance of real estate enterprises. Combined with the realities, the paper will put forward several relevant suggestions for real estate enterprises and the financial system, respectively.
