Research on the Development Strategy of Private Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Organization Based on SWOT-AHP Analysis Approach

The study employs the SWOT-AHP method to comprehensively analyze the internal and external conditions of the current private construction engineering quality inspection organization (Decree 57, qualification standards, and the current economic situation, such as external policies, external economic environment, and internal factors of the organization) in order to formulate a development strategy. Firstly, the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats of the institution, were evaluated through SWOT analysis to create a SWOT matrix. Subsequently, the AHP method was used to hierarchically rank and calculate the weights of the factors, determining their importance and priority in decision-making. Lastly, the weights and priorities of the SWOT factors were integrated to propose a development strategy for private construction engineering quality inspection organizations, enabling them to better adapt to market challenges and leverage development opportunities. This study offers scientific decision support and strategic guidance for the advancement of private construction engineering quality inspection organizations.
