Research on Sustainable Design Strategy of University Campus Public Space from the Perspective of Health Promotion
With the Outline of Healthy China 2030 Plan proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council, the country pays increasing attention to the physical fitness of college students, and the issue of promoting health on campus has become an important issue in the construction of college campuses. In view of the lack of attention to campus health facilities and healthy environment, and the lack of thinking in the design of improving physical health in campus public space, this paper introduces the health promotion theory into the public space of colleges and universities, optimizes the design strategy of campus public space from the aspects of health promotion, green ecological sustainability and people-oriented, and strengthens the interaction between people and the environment. Promoting the occurrence of college students’ healthy behavior in campus public space provides a reference for the campus environment to promote health in sustainable design.
