Exploration of Teaching Reform for Data Intelligence Drives Management Specialty in the Context of New Liberal Arts

With the rapid development of technology, the new generation of information technology, such as artificial intelligence and big data, is deeply integrated into all industries, exerting profound influence on higher education. Against the backdrop of new liberal arts, how to use digital intelligence to promote the teaching reform of management majors in universities and cultivate management talents who can meet the needs of future social development has become a hot issue in the field of education. Taking engineering management, human resource management, and other management majors as examples, this paper aims to construct the basic logic of digital and intelligent reform for management majors. Based on this, it explores and practices updating teaching concepts, innovating teaching methods, building digital teaching resources, integrating intelligent practical teaching, and building a digital and intelligent teaching staff, gradually realizing the digital and intelligent transformation of management major teaching to meet the changing social demands. At the same time, to ensure the effectiveness of teaching reform, regular practical effect evaluation should be conducted, and teaching reform measures should be adjusted and optimized in time according to the evaluation results.
