Evolutionary Game Study on Sustainable Development of Zero-Carbon Buildings under Government Incentives
Government policy incentives play a crucial role in promoting the sustainable development of the zero-carbon housing market. This paper develops an evolutionary game model to analyze the interaction between real estate enterprises and consumers, examining the evolutionary path and stable equilibrium strategy. It also investigates the impact of government incentives on addressing economic externalities and market failures. The research demonstrates that the equilibrium of the game system is influenced by various factors such as pricing coefficient, unsalable coefficient, incremental cost, and consumer benefit for real estate enterprises participating in the market. Moderate government incentives have a positive effect on stimulating supply of zero-carbon housing, with consumers showing increased sensitivity to these incentives. By studying simulation tests on market player behavior, this research provides a theoretical basis for advancing sustainable development of zero-carbon buildings.
