Malattia di Castleman e linfoma: quale relazione?
Castleman disease (CD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder. The authors present the case of Laura, a 17-year-old girl diagnosed at the age of 13 with unicentric CD, which was treated with tocilizumab and achieved complete remission. Three years later, she developed a cutaneous lesion diagnosed as a high-grade primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, which was treated with excision and radiotherapy. This case highlights the potential progression of CD to secondary malignancies and the importance of long-term follow-up.
