Research on Risk Analysis and Emergency Response Methods of Power Grid Operation in Cities
As power demand continues to rise and extreme weather events become more frequent, the risks confronting power grids are increasingly complex. This paper analyzes the primary risks faced by prefecture-level power grids, including equipment failures, maintenance periods, and power guarantee periods, drawing on fundamental operational conditions and risk assessment theories. Utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation methods, we quantify the risk levels associated with the prefecture-level power grid. Comprehensive emergency countermeasures and disposal plans are proposed, with their effectiveness validated through case studies. The research findings indicate that optimized emergency plans can significantly enhance the risk resilience of prefecture-level power grids, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of power supply.
