Analysis of Online Shoppers' Perceptions of Electronic Transaction Security Through Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) With the Security Belief Model Approach
This research refers to several previous studies that discuss information security, which is often seen as a technological problem. In the era of rapid digitalization, the security of electronic transactions is a major concern for online shoppers. In this context, two-factor authentication (2FA) has been proposed as a method to improve the security of electronic transactions. This study aims to analyze online shoppers' perceptions of electronic transaction security through two-factor authentication (2FA) using the Security Belief Model approach. This research was conducted by collecting data through a survey of online shoppers. The data collected was then analyzed using measurement methods and structural analysis. The proposed research model includes variables relevant to electronic transaction security and two-factor authentication (2FA). The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of online shoppers' perceptions of electronic transaction security through two-factor authentication (2FA). Using structural equation modeling (SEM), the analysis revealed significant relationships between security awareness, perceived threats, and security behavior, highlighting the effectiveness of 2FA in enhancing transaction security.
