Cluster Air Conditioning Resource Decision-Making Method Based on the Multi-Dimensional Regulation Effect Evaluation

With the continuous development of smart grids and the intensification of price fluctuations in the power market, air conditioning systems, as energy-intensive equipment with significant seasonal and time-period characteristics, are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. In this paper, a decision-making method for cluster air conditioning resources based on multi-dimensional regulation effect evaluation is proposed, aiming to realize the refined and dynamic management of air conditioning loads. By constructing the air-conditioning resource regulation effect evaluation model with economic and reliability dimensions, this paper introduces indicators such as regulation capacity credibility, regulation time credibility, regulation maximum and lower limit deviation rate and regulation deviation redundancy to comprehensively evaluate the regulation effect of air-conditioning resources. The rational allocation of resources is achieved by the model through optimizing the regulation deviation redundancy, with the objective of minimizing economic costs. The results show that the multidimensional evaluation model can effectively weigh the performance of each air conditioner, realize the rational allocation of resources, and provide an effective decision-making basis for grid load regulation.
